Tracy is kidnapped from his home by Flattop Jones who has been hired to kill the detective. Flattop figures he can get more than $10,000 for the hit and tells Criminal kingpin Namgib he will kill Tracy for $50,000 giving Sam Catchem extra time to search for him.
