Flash and Dale head for Zydereen's lair to try to prove Zarkov's and Richards' innocence in the attempt to destroy Neptune. Meanwhile the cunning "Mad Witch of Neptune" first uses her matter-transmitter to kidnap Zarkov and Richards and then her brain machine to steal all of their knowledge of Earth's secret technology and defenses before vanishing.
